“The design for the Red Banner Textile Factory was drawn up by the architect Erich Mendelsohn in his Berlin office on direct order of the Leningrad Textile Trust and was sent to Leningrad in March 1926 for implementation. “The Danmarks Nationalbank building is centrally located in Copenhagen and is a distinctive presence in the urban landscape. The building, which was built in the period 1965–78, was designed by internationally renowned Danish architect Arne Jacobsen. It is considered to be one of his principal works.
